These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are between you and NaijaGoodNews Media Ltd, the publisher of NaijaGoodNews.com. The platform may be operated on technology provided by Bacenik Nig Ltd. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We publish positive Nigerian and diaspora news, multimedia, and related newsroom tools. Content is for information; it is not professional advice.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, or bypass security controls
• Do not submit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing tip content
• Do not impersonate others or misuse staff accounts

3. User submissions (tips)

By submitting a tip you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, edit, adapt, and publish the material (and derivatives) in any media, and you represent you have rights to share it. We may decline or remove submissions at our discretion. See also our Copyright & notice policy.

4. Intellectual property

Site branding and original journalism are owned by NaijaGoodNews Media Ltd or its licensors. Platform software and hosting infrastructure may be provided by Bacenik Nig Ltd. You may share links with attribution; reproduction of full articles requires written permission unless fair dealing or another exception applies.

5. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” We strive for accuracy but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. See our Corrections policy for how we fix errors.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NaijaGoodNews Media Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you reside. Disputes should first be raised to legal@naijagoodnews.com.
